Finally I could have time to make it. 始めてそのケーキを作ったんだが、うまくできた。やった！！！&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Marble Cake&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;150 g butter&lt;br /&gt;200 g sugar&lt;br /&gt;200 g plain flour&lt;br /&gt;6 eggs&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder&lt;br /&gt;3 teaspoon cocoa powder&lt;br /&gt;Vanilla essence (adequate)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Instructions:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease and flour a 20 cm round pan.  &lt;br /&gt;2.Place butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl; beat until creamy, pale and    fluffy.&lt;br /&gt;3.Add eggs one by one, stirring until well combined then add flour and baking powder. Reserve 3/4 cup batter.   &lt;br /&gt;4.Stir cocoa into the 3/4 cup reserved batter. Drop by spoonfuls over top of white batter. Dah dari lama tuh pengen nyobain bikin tapi belum terlaksana juga.. akhirnya weekend kemaren diniatin deh bikin.. xiixixi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);font-family:georgia;" &gt;Bahan:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100 gr macaroni elbows&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;200 gr kornet (aku ganti dengan ayam boneless)&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 buah bawang bombay, cincang&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 siung bawang putih, cincang (tapi aku pake bawang putih yg udah halus)&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm tepung terigu&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;400 ml susu cair&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 butir telur, kocok lepas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100 gr keju, diparut&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt pala bubuk&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt merica&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;garam secukupnya&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;mentega buat menumis&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;keju parut untuk topping&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);font-family:georgia;" &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Rebus macaroni dalam air mendidih sampai lunak. Waktu merebus kasih sedikit garam dan mentega supaya  macaroni tidak lengket. Angkat kemudian tiriskan.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan mentega, lalu tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih sampai layu. Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk rata.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan susu cair, aduk supaya terigu tidak menggumpal.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan macaroni, ayam dan keju parut. Aduk sampai rata.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan garam, merica dan pala, aduk sampai rata.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan telur, aduk sampai rata.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7. Tuang adonan macaroni kedalam loyang yang sudah diolesi mentega dan ditaburi tepung. Kemudian taburkan keju parut diatasnya. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8. Panggang dalam oven dengan suhu 180 derajat celcius selama kurang lebih 30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;Setelah matang, angkat. Setelah itu masukkan ke dalam kulkas selama kurleb 30 menit. Waktu itu sih dah nyoba, tapi lupa di shot out.. hahaha cheese cake ini resepnya diajarin sama David, temenku dari Spain. Ternyata resep cheese cake nya David selain rasanya t o p trs bikinnya juga ga sulit n ga harus pake oven tapi cukup di masukan ke microwave. Pengen nyobain? Ini dia nih receipe nya.. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;(David, arigatou!... miss u, buddy). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cheese Cake (by David)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;color:#000099;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;400 gr cream cheese &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;3 butir telur &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;Cokies&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;100 gr mentega&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;100 gr gula pasir&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;1 lemon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;color:#000099;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;Untuk isi/cream:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;- panaskan cream cheese kurang lebih 1-2 menit hingga sedikit meleleh.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;- kocok telur, gula, dan cream cheese yang sudah dipanaskan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;- bagi lemon menjadi 2 bagian, gunakan 1 bagian terlebih dahulu. Masukkan perasan air jeruk lemon dari 1 bagian tersebut.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;- aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur rata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;Untuk dasar cake:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;- hancurkan cookie as small as we want. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;- tambahkan mentega yang sudah dicairkan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;- tambahkan perasan air jeruk lemon dari 1 bagian yang masih tersisa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;Masukan adonan cookie ke dalam loyang kue. Ratakan hingga menutupi seluruh bagian dasar loyang. Setelah itu masukan adonan cream cheese kedalam loyang kue yang sudah diisi dengan adonan cookie. Masukan ke dalam microwave. Masak selama kurang lebih 20 menit. Setelah matang, keluarkan adonan dari microwave. Sebagai tambahan, oleskan selai strawberry atau selai rasa lain (sesuai selera) di atas cake. Biarkan cake menjadi dingin. Eid ul-Fitr is a Muslim holiday that marks the end of Ramadhan, the Islamic holy month of fasting. After one month fasting, today we celebrate the Eid ul-Fitr day. In Indonesia, during Eid ul-Fitr day, it is common to greet people with "Selamat Hari Raya Idul Fitri" then muslims also greet one another with "maaf lahir dan batin" in Indonesian which means "Forgive my physical and emotional (wrongdoings)". Eid ul-Fitr is not only for celebrations but also the time for Muslims to cleanse their sins and strengthen their ties with relatives and friends.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;This year is my 2nd Eid ul-Fitr in Kagoshima, Japan which again I didn't celebrate with my parents, my brother and all relatives but I celebrated with almost all Muslims in Kagoshima. For Eid ul-Fitri celebration, I cooked some Indonesian foods such as "Opor ayam" (Indonesian chicken curry), "sambal goreng kentang" (spicy fried potatoes), and "cap cay" (mixed vegetables). Some friends came to my house to celebrate the Eid ul-Fitr. It was really nice moment because we could eat together during Eid ul-Fitr celebration even we were not with our family at the moment.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;I took photos of my Eid ul-Fitr dishes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;color:#000099;"&gt;For everyone: Happy Eid ul-Fitr.. Kemudian angkat dan tiriskan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;color:#000099;"&gt;Masak santan, garam, pandan sampai mendidih.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;color:#000099;"&gt;Taruh bubur mutiara dalam cawan or gelas, tambahkan santan. Margarine &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;4 butir Telur &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;250 cc Air &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Fla Isi Sus :&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;500 gr. susu segar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;75 gr. tepung maizena &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;100 gr. gula pasir &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;2 butir kuning telur ayam &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Rum secukupnya (karena ga halal, maka rum ga dipake dalam kue sus aku)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Vanili secukupnya &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Coklat pasta secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Cara Memasak :&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Kue :&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;- Air, garam, margarine dimasak sampai mendidih &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;- Masukkan tepung terigu Cakra Kembar aduk sampai matang &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;- Setelah adonan matang, kemudian didinginkan &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;- Kemudian masukkan telur satu persatu sambil terus diaduk sampai rata &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;- Adonan dibentuk &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;- Adonan siap dibakar selama 25 menit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Isi Sus :&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;- Semua bahan dicampurkan menjadi satu dan diaduk sampai rata &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;- Masak sampai kental kemudian didinginkan &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;- Masukkan vanili dan aduk sampai rata. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;- Isian sus siap digunakan &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;- Bila isian sus ingin ditambahkan butter cream, tambahkan cream 2 kali dari jumlah adonan fla,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt; Ayam yang telah dipotong dan dibersihkan diberi garam, diamkan sebentar, goreng setengah matang, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan hingga harum, masukkan lengkuas, salam, daun jeruk, tomat dan kecap manis.&lt;br /&gt;3. Pecahkan telur, pisahkan kuning telur dari putih telur&lt;br /&gt;2. Kocok telur dan gula pasir dengan handmixer sampai betul-betul mengembang&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan susu, rhum, madu, terus aduk&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan tepung terigu yang sudah diayak dan dicampur soda kue&lt;br /&gt;5. Aduk campuran terigu dan kocokan telur memakai spatula atau sendok besar&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan margarin cair, aduk sedikit&lt;br /&gt;7. Tuang ke dalam loyang dangkal yang sudah diolesi margarin dan ditaburi tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;8. Panggang di dalam oven yang panasnya 220 C selama 10 menit. Kue jangan sampai kering betul karena mudah patah sewaktu digulung&lt;br /&gt;9. Angkat dari oven dan keluarkan kue dari loyang dengan menggunakan alas kertas roti&lt;br /&gt;10. Langsung diolesi dengan selai bila kue ingin diisi selai, atau tunggu hingga dingin sebelum diolesi buttercream agar krim tidak meleleh.&lt;br /&gt;11. Gulung kue dengan perlahan-lahan agar tidak patah. (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;Untuk 1 loyang). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;color:#000099;"&gt;Setelah bolunya jadi, terus dilanjutkan dengan membuat pudingnya... resep puding sih standard aja sama kayak klo kita bikin puding pada umumnya. Sebelum mulai memasak agar-agarnya, lebih dulu bolu gulung disusun didalam cetakan. Setelah itu baru deh mulai memasak agar-agarnya. Setelah agar-agar mendidih, perlahan-lahan masukan ke dalam cetakan ampe habis. Malem ini sebenernya sih pengen tidur cepet, apalagi besok pagi2 banget udah harus ke lab karena jikken rencananya mulai jam 6.30am, tapi penasaran nih pengen nyobain bikin kue lumpur (mengingat cetakan sudah dibeli dari minggu lalu). Campur semua bahan kering jadi satu (Kentang, Tepung, Gula, Susu Bubuk)&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan telur sambil terus diaduk/dikocok dengan kecepatan rendah saja&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan susu cair, kocok lagi - terakhir masukkan margarine cair dan pasta vanili. Aduk rata - siap dicetak.&lt;br /&gt;4. Stuff the cavity of the chicken with scallion and ginger. Add chicken to boiling water, breast side-down. Lower the heat to a simmer just under boiling point and cook, covered until just cooked through, about 40 minutes. Bathe the chicken in an ice water bath till chicken is cold to create a tender, springy texture. Heat oil in a rice cooker, add garlic, stir fry till fragrant. Add uncooked rice, stir fry for two minutes, add salt and enough chicken soup to cover 1/2 inch above the top of the rice. Boil on high heat, lower heat when steam holes form, cover and steam for 30 minutes till rice is cooked. Chop chicken and serve with steaming hot rice and chilli sauce. Besides, I am not really feeling well today, chotto sukoshi kaze o hiita, thus I decided to go home earlier than usual. Actually, I am not really hungry but coz I am not feeling well therefore I must eat something otherwise I will become really sick. I didn`t know what to eat for my dinner but finally I decided to make okonomiyaki. At least, okonomiyaki is not really heavy for my dinner. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;Okonomiyaki is one of my favorite japanese foods. I have been known this food since I was in Singapore. My Japanese friend taught me how to cook some Japanese foods. He's really capable in cooking... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;FYI, Okonomiyaki (お好み焼き, read: Okonomiyaki) is a Japanese dish consistin&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;g of a pan-fried batter cake and various ingredients. Okonomi means &lt;em&gt;"what you like"&lt;/em&gt; or &lt;em&gt;"what you want",&lt;/em&gt; and yaki means &lt;em&gt;"grilled" or "cooked";&lt;/em&gt; thus, the name of this dish means "cook what you like". In Japan, okonomiyaki is mainly associated with &lt;em&gt;Kansai&lt;/em&gt; or &lt;em&gt;Hiroshima&lt;/em&gt; areas, but is widely available throughout the country. Toppings and batters tend to vary according to region. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;There is one small "waroeng"&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;near university named "Nonchan". This waroeng is run by a lady who came from Kansai area. She is my sensei's friend. This place has been my sensei's favorite place because of her okonomiyaki. Resepnya minimalis banget makanya langsung dicoba ... ini resep brownies panggang ala mas Budi Sutomo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Brownies Panggang&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Bahan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;120 g tepung terigu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;200 g margarin&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;3 butir telur, kocok hingga mengembang&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;200 g dark cooking chocolate, potong-potong&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;150 g gula pasir60 g potongan kacang almond/kenari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;¼ sdt garam halus &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;1. Panaskan margarin hingga meleleh. Masukkan potongan cokelat, gula pasir dan garam, aduk hingga cokelat meleleh dan gula larut. Angkat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;2. Tuang tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit dan kocokan telur. Tambahkan potongan kacang almond/kenari. Aduk rata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;3. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang yang sudah dialas dengan kertas roti dan diolesi margarin, ratakan. Taburi atasnya dengan irisan kacang almond.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;4. Panggang di dalam oven bertemperatur 170 derajat celcius selama 45 menit atau hingga kue matang. Angkat. Potong-potong, sajikan. style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Risoles&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;color:#000099;"&gt;Bahan Kulit :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;300 gram terigu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;2 telur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;250 ml air&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;300 ml susu cair tawar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;50 gram mentega cair&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;color:#000099;"&gt;Cara :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Campur semua adonan, dadar tipis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;- 400 ml susu cair &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;- merica, pala, maggi bolokgula pasir, garam&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span bawang bombay dengan mentega, masukkan wortel, kentang dan ayam, kemudian masukkan susu cair, merica, pala, meggie blok, gula, garam dan tepung. This morning I made a Pandan chiffon cake. We called it in Indonesian language: "Bolu Pandan". Pandan Chiffon Cake has always been one of my favorites. My first few attempts were really horrible. After sometime...finally I managed to make the pandan cake... but still I need to practice more to make it nicer...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;color:#ff0000;"&gt;Actually what is Pandan?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;color:#6600cc;"&gt;The Pandan Leaf comes from the Screwpine tree, which can be found in Madagascar, Southeast Asia, the Pacific Islands including Hawaii, and the tropical areas of Australia. The fragrant leaf is tied in a knot and used to flavor dessert and cakes. In cooking, the leaf is used in making grass green Pandan cake, which is similar to the American sponge cake. Gently add flour which has mixed with baking powder. Umm.. kue ini ternyata gampang-gampang sulit ngebuatnya. Gampang, karena ga perlu sampai mengembang seperti halnya kalau kita bikin cake pada umumnya. Sulitnya tuh karena kadang texture nya gak bolong-bolong seperti sarangnya si semut. Buat temen-temen yang hobi bikin kue, silahkan mencoba.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 gelas gula pasir ; 2 gelas air ; 1 1/2 gelas tepung terigu; 1/2 gelas tepung maizena; 8 btr telur ayam; 150 gr margarin; 2 sdt soda kue; 1/2 kaleng susu kental manis&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara membuatnya:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Gula pasir dibuat caramel, caranya yaitu panaskan gula pasir di dalam Teflon dengan api sedang, biarkan sampai meleleh dan berwarna coklat, jangan diaduk), kemudian masukan air (kalau ini boleh diaduk). Biarkan caramel hingga dingin.&lt;br /&gt;2. Kocok margarin dan susu kental sampai putih, sambil masukkan telur satu per satu.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan terigu yang telah diayak bersama soda kue dan maizena sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk perlahan-lahan hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan karamel ke dalam adonan, sambil diaduk hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;5. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang yang telah dioles margarin dan ditaburi tepung.&lt;br /&gt;6.
